Andy and Kathy are true gems. The house we bought here in The Villages was over-furnished and over-decorated, and we desperately needed to clear it out to make room for our own items. Andy & Kathy came over a few days before the sale, rolled their sleeves up and got to work pricing, displaying and promoting our three day garage sale. Best of all, they both are very personable and are good at talking to the customers to get them to buy! They also have a lot of contacts in the thrift store business and will call them when they spot items for sale that they know will interest the shopkeepers. This is invaluable when moving the bigger items for sale. They were always on time, courteous to us and the customers, and very good at record keeping. Most importantly, they got the job done.

This was the first estate sale that we were ever involved in. My mother passed away and we had to sell all the contents of her house in a short period of time. With the great team work of Andy and Kathy everything went smoothly.
Watching all my Mom's possessions leave the house was very heartbreaking. Instead of tears in my eyes with Andy and Kathy's sense of humor they ended up putting smiles on our faces.

My 90 year old Mom recently moved from her 2 bedroom home (with a full garage) in the Villages, to a smaller place in Southern Florida. Needless to say, she couldn’t take all her possessions with her.
Having an Estate Sale with Andy and Kathy at the helm proved to be a great way to sell the items she left behind.
Andy and Kathy are both very personable, and were very kind and sensitive to my Mom’s feelings when they met with us.
I was impressed with how very hard they worked, and they certainly went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. They advertised online and in the paper which brought in more buyers for an even better outcome. They also researched certain items to be sure they were putting an appropriate price on them; and they took great care to display all the items so they would show at their very best.
